What it is

Talen.to's reporting module consolidates operational metrics (recruiters, interviews, vacancies) and outcome metrics (hiring analytics) in one place, with alerts that flag when things go off track. It works at the company level and at the space level (multi-company), built for holdings, business groups and BPOs that recruit for multiple clients.
